For the Stuffing:

8. Capsicum – 2 tablespoons
9. Green chilli – 2
10. Grated carrot – 2 tablespoons
11. Little salt
12. Some coriander leaves
13. Medium-sized boiled potato – 2
14. Chilli powder – ½ teaspoon
15. Coriander powder – ½ teaspoon
16. Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
17. Pepper powder – ¼ teaspoon
18. Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
19. Chilli flakes – ½ teaspoon
20. Oil – for frying

1. கோதுமை மாவு – 2 கப் (250 கிராம்)
2. மிளகாய் துகள் – ½ டீஸ்பூன்
3. சீரகம் – ½ டீஸ்பூன்
4. கொத்தமல்லி இலை – சிறிதளவு
5. உப்பு – தேவையான அளவு
6. எண்ணெய் – சிறிதளவு
பூரணம் செய்வதற்கு:
7. சிறிய வெங்காயம் – 1
8. குடமிளகாய் – 2 மேசைக்கரண்டி
9. பச்சை மிளகாய் – 2
10. துருவிய காரட் – 2 மேசைக்கரண்டி
11. உப்பு – சிறிதளவு

13. நடுத்தர அளவிலான வெந்த உருளைக்கிழங்கு – 2
