All purpose dried Shrimp Sambal chili
万能叁巴蝦米辣椒酱
配料: Ingredients
80克 辣椒干 （25条左右）
8-10条红辣椒
80 g 虾米
1粒 蒜米
12粒小葱头
2条 香茅
3粒 石栗/buah keras
20克 马来盏
做法：
1.全部材料都放进搅拌机打烂，加入200毫升清水（只要可以搅拌就可以了）
2. 锅放300毫升食油
3. 热锅后换去中火，倒进辣椒糊不停的翻炒至到香（炒至出红油，大约35分钟）
5. 炒香后加入2汤匙糖和1大匙盐，在炒一下就可关火了。
炒番薯叶：
1，锅里倒入少许油
2.加入三至4大匙万能Sambal辣椒虾米醬
3.加入番薯叶，炒至番薯叶变软
4，如果太干，可以加入少许水
5。超匀即可
Ingredients:
80g dried chili (about 25 strips)
8-10 red chili
80 g dried shrimps
1 garlic
12 small onions
2 sticks lemongrass
3 candlenut/buah keras
20g baked belacan
Practice:
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and beat well, then add 200 ml of water (as long as it can be stirred)
2. Put 300ml cooking oil in the pot
3. After the pot is hot, reduce the heat to medium, pour in the chili paste and stir-fry until fragrant (fry until red oil comes out, about 35 minutes)
4. When fragrant, add 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon salt, stir-fry and then turn off the heat.
