Same Ex, Different Stories

The plaintiff and defendant both dated the same man. The plaintiff says the defendant attacked him after the plaintiff was on the phone with the defendant’s boyfriend. He’s suing for medical bills and pain and suffering. The defendant argues the plaintiff started the altercation and he only fought back in self-defense. He’s countersuing for pain and suffering.
