This one's a little bit different insofar as we're looking at a Sanyo VTC-NX100 Betacord which uses the Betamax or more accurately the Beta video format.
Sorry if I repeat myself - the repair was done over several days and sessions so I do lose the thread a little!
I also got what each chip's function is on the power supply board wrong, especially the syscon chip!
