[SAOIF] UPDATED F2P Skill Record Tier List (2025)

Another update for the F2P Skill Record Tier List. This is the update as of January 2025. SAOIF doesn't have a tier list since its inrelevant and just a biased opinions. This tier list is just my own opinion on how good they are and everyone have the right to agree or disagree.
