Scratching my friend’s scalp with a fine tooth comb to lift the dead skin and dandruff. Dermatitis causes itchy and irritating build up on the scalp that needs to be gently lifted away before shampooing in order to cleanse the scalp. By exfoliating the entire scalp prior to washing, we can provide some relief and relaxation. She has type 4 Afro hair so I was careful to part gently while still scratching her entire scalp.
