I don't go over the hp differences, but rather what each of the kits entail, what you get and the major differences. Not everyone needs or wants a high end kit, but its nice to see them side by side, as we explain the differences. There is NOTHING wrong with running a budget kit, if your looking for a budget build, jsut dont expect a $90 kit to perform as long as, and as well as a $200 kit.
