I have just set it up at: https://ko-fi.com/lizchadertonartist Scribble drawing is not only fun in itself, it is a great warming exercise if you haven't drawn for a while, it's a good way to help you get to know a subject, it is really forgiving as no line is right or wrong. In this short film, I show you how I use a fountain pen and ink to scribble draw a crocodile. Don't worry, you can use whatever pen you have, from a ball point pen to a glass dip pen. Thank you to @Crocwhisperer for the wonderful photo of Queen Lizzy, the crocodile. She lives in the Daintree, Queensland. We were lucky enough to go on a crocodile watch with Dave at Solar Whisper and saw Scarface (king of the river) in the distance.... Go to www.solarwhisper.com to see more amazing photos. I decided on a scribble drawing as I wanted to try out a new fountain pen from Noodler's - a Creeper with a flexible nib, along with a new ink from Diamine, called Eclipse. Please use whatever you have to hand and enjoy the process. I am using 140lb/300gsm watercolour paper. If you do enjoy this, please can you like, comment or share? Apparently this keeps the algorithm very happy and the film will be shown to more people. The reference photo of Lizzy is on the community tab of my channel. If you want to find out more about pen and wash techniques, I am running workshops in the autumn on 28 Sept and 16 Nov (see www.lizchaderton.co.uk), I have an online course at www.lizchadertonstudio.co.uk and my book, Line and Wash Painting is published by The Crowood Press.
