Once I get my track painted it's time to get serious about scenery. My first step then is to create landforms using the same green insulation foam as I used for the layout base. You can easily contour the foam slabs to whatever shape you desire, stack them to make hills, and cover them with Sculptamold for a clean finish. After applying a coat of appropriately colored paint I then am ready to add a scenic base coat of ground foam onto which I will later build with different materials of varying coarseness and texture. So come on along as I slather on a coat of Scultpamold and then add a layer of paint.
