There are more second homes here than anywhere else with 14,000 properties sitting empty. This has destroyed communities and left young people unable to afford to buy. Cornwall has just been ordered to build 80,000 new homes which seems impossible, can they do it? With most of these house prices ranging from £600,000 to £1,500,000 it seems harder than ever for the locals.
