Garfish may be small, but what they lack in size they make up for in numbers... and flavour! Come out fishing with me and I'll show you _exactly_ how to catch, clean and cook these tasty little fish!
For those interested in the polarised sunglasses I choose to wear, after trying lots of brands I've been a MAKO man for many years now. The models I wore in this video were MAKO's G3H6 lenses in their Blade frames.
As for tackle, I was using an old Shimano JDM Soare ultra light spin rod and a Shimano Vanford 1000 spin reel spooled with light braid, plus a 4 pound Ocea FC leader. Those rods aren't available in Oz, but any of Shimano's longer (7 to 8 foot) ultra-light spin rods will do the job very nicely.
By the way, if you're looking for an affordable vacuum sealing machine like the one I used, I found what looks like a good one here on Amazon Australia: https://amzn.to/3xg4N9S
