🍽️ Discover the savory delight of Lahm Bi Ajeen in our must-watch recipe video! 🔥 Lebanese cuisine made easy - Get ready to tantalize your taste buds! 🌯✨ Preparation Time: 2 hours Serving Size: 4 people For the Dough: 4 cups of flour 1/4 cup of milk powder 1 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of sugar 2 tbsp of olive oil 1 1/2 cups of warm water For the Filling: 500g of minced meat 2 onions 2 tomatoes 1 red bell pepper 1/2 bunch of parsley 1 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of black pepper 2 tbsp of tomato paste 2 tbsp of pomegranate molasses 2 tbsp of red pepper paste Instructions: In a bowl, mix the dough ingredients and knead for 15 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour. In a food processor, add the vegetables and grind them together. Using a fine sieve, strain the vegetables to remove excess moisture. Add the strained vegetables to the minced meat and add salt, black pepper, and the remaining filling ingredients. Mix them together until the ingredients are well combined. Divide the dough into small balls. Roll each dough ball into a rectangle using a rolling pin and a little flour. Place the flattened dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly greased with vegetable oil. Place a portion of the filling on each dough rectangle and fold it gently using your hands to form a pie. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake in the middle rack for 20 minutes, then broil the tops for an additional 5 minutes until they are golden brown. Serve warm.
