In this video we look at the A14... or maybe the A14M, it's a motorway but it's not a motorway and is possibly the most expensive road building project in the UK to date. The bit we care about runs for about 16 miles and cost 1.5 BILLION POUNDS!! It certainly had a motorway price tag and it definitely looks like one so why isn't it a motorway!?
