This video is a step by step process on how to tear down your Kawasaki KX250 two stroke dirt bike engine. If you have a model year between 1992 and 2004, this video is exactly what you need to help you disassemble your engine.
In this video I will be starting with the right side of the engine which includes the exhaust governor removal, water pump removal, primary gear removal, clutch removal, kickstart assembly removal, idler gear removal, and the entire shift shaft mechanism.
