Depending on your last frost date, you can start Pansies, Violas, Sweet Peas, Yarrow, Salvia, Stock, among many other flower seeds in January or February. Although I started Pansies and Violas under grow lights last February, this year I'm starting these cool flowers earlier in the greenhouse.
