Seed-starting is a fundamental step on the path to food independence. I have found that this method helps so much as we scale up our production each year. Each one of these rolls has 50 seeds in it and they'll last through most of the growth cycle before being transplanted. This is also our preferred method for starting our herbs and flowers, when the seeds are often so tiny.
