Varieties I recommend are based on long experience since 1983. I look for vegetables that grow as the producers claim. Some don't and I share some difficulties I have experienced.
What I look for is 1 a good size of harvest, 2 cropping over a long period where relevant, and 3 fine flavour.
Even though much flavour is from the soil as well.
