hallo lovely ppl! the last few weeks have been a little tough for me mentally and there are some things I need to change to feel like myself again.
I'm putting effort into my self care habits and routines with balance, discipline and self love - I want to take time for myself in the morning, I want to nourish my body with delicious and healthy food every day and I want to exercise daily. I also want to dedicate more time to my creativity and reduce my screen time at the same time.
