Once in awhile players may find Flick -- a red, bug-loving, chameleon artist -- wandering their islands in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Flick will buy any-and-all bugs players have caught and will pay 1.5x what Nook's Cranny will offer, so players have the chance to earn plenty of Bells while Flick is in town. While tarantulas will make players a small fortune (Flick pays 12,000 Bells each) there are plenty of other bugs players can catch that will net them a small fortune. Each of these bugs, normally worth a minimum of 2,000 Bells at Nook's Cranny, will be worth 3,000 or more Bells if they are sold to Flick, so keep an eye out for these bugs while on the hunt for tarantulas.
