One of the selling points for many of the bulk mail providers is that they are more than just a message broker: many also have CRM and marketing capabilities built in along with tools to support designing professional quality HTML email templates. SendGrid is no exception. If you go on SendGrid’s website, you can see example of dozens of beautiful HTML email templates that they provide and allow you to customize. In this video, we take a look at the SendGrid Template designer. In Part 2, we'll look at writing some code to send messages using a custom template.
