Cheese making process on a remote farm from Romania. The freshly milked cheese from the grass-fed sheep is curdled with natural rennet, then the curds are kneaded and gathered in a cheesecloth to remove the excess whey. Further on, to make the whey cheese, the whey is heated until cheese lumps begin to float on the surface.These are gathered in a cheesecloth and hung to drain.
