For the dough:

1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
For the filling:
1/4 cup butter melted butter
1/2 cup sugar with a pinch of brown sugar
For the syrup:
1/2 water
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
Bake at 350F for 22 minutes or until golden brown.
