Hey everyone, it's Nathan! Welcome to my latest walking tour video. This time, I took a 6.8-kilometer walk through some of the most vibrant areas in Seoul after a heavy summer rainstorm. The humidity was high, making the walk quite challenging, but the sights were worth it.
We start our journey in the bustling streets of Euljiro, known for its eclectic mix of old and new, from traditional shops to modern cafes. Next, we walk through Myeongdong, a popular shopping and entertainment district, which feels refreshing and serene after the rain. Due to the heavy rain, access to Cheonggyecheon was restricted, so we continued our journey nearby. Our walk takes us past Deoksugung, where we didn't enter the palace but instead walked along the Deoksugung Stone Wall Road. This road is particularly peaceful at night, offering a tranquil escape from the city's bustle. Finally, we loop back to our starting point in Euljiro, completing a full circle.
