In this lesson we'll reacquaint ourselves with the larger pressure control valve family and examine the sequence valve in great detail. We'll discuss internally and externally/remote piloted sequence valves used to coordinate the actuation sequence of multi actuator systems as well as discuss kick down style sequence valves and sequence valves used as substitutes for pressure relief valves and in single actuator applications like decelerating a hydraulic motor.
