This session will speak about peritoneal dialysis and how a patient can decide if it is good for them. The basics of what peritoneal dialysis is will be covered, as well as explaining the different types. Speakers will discuss catheter types and the pros/cons of quality of life. Patients will be able to learn the long-term prospects of peritoneal dialysis and how one will know if it is working for them.
