Recipe by: Difford’s Guide ⮕ https://www.diffordsguide.com/cocktails/recipe/3629/gold-rush
Ingredients:
• 2 ounces bourbon whiskey
• 3/4 ounce lemon juice
• 3/4 ounce honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water)
• 3 drops saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
Directions:
Serve in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lemon wedge. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
