TEMPE GORENG KRIUK

Bahan-bahan:
500gr tempe (7000)
240gr terigu pro rendah (2880)
60gr tepung beras (840)
1/4 sdt soda kue
1/8 sdt kunyit bubuk
5 siung bawang putih (500)
2 sdm ketumbar bubuk (1000)
1/2 sdm garam
1 sdm kaldu ayam bubuk (500)
8 cabe merah (1000)
4 daun bawang (1500)
4 sdm minyak goreng (500)
400ml air
Gas+minyak+dll (10.000)
Modal -+ Rp 25.700 jadi 35 pcs.
Modal per pcs= 25.700 : 35 = 734
Jika jual 1500, omset= 1500x35 = 52.500
Untung= omset - modal
= 52.500 - 25.700
= 26.800
Atau jual sesuaikan dengan keinginan atau modal di daerah masing-masing.
