This week I made a 1950s Boat Neck Top. Happy that I have a new piece to add to my wardrobe, hope you enjoyed the video ☺️ Boat Neck Top Pattern: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1281129110/ Bustier Pattern Mentioned: https://www.etsy.com/listing/928865664/ depop: https://depop.com/jensewsvintage How I Made My Skirt: - Waistband: You waist measurement + 1 inch for the closure (I made my waistband 2 inches thick and used an invisible zipper and hook and eye closure) - 1st Tier: Your hip measurement x 2 (for me it was 78 inches in width and 17.5 inches in height) - 2nd Tier: Your hip measurement x 4 (for me it was 156 inches in width and 10.5 inches in height) I’m 5'7" for reference Add the seam allowance you prefer I self drafted this skirt myself but one day I will make an instructional video if I find another fabric I think this pattern will suit.
