I will give you my best tips on how to sew TPU Vinyl with total success in this tutorial. When I refer to TENSION, I am specifically talking about PRESSER FOOT TENSION, not thread tension.
I'll be sewing up a zipper case, so if you want to sew along with me cut your materials as follows:
2 pieces clear printed vinyl measuring 11" x x 5.75" tall
1 zipper measuring 10" long (trim stops away if they are there)
2 fabric zipper tabs 2" x 2"
