Shad are a very bony Fish and unless you can bone a Shad { which is very hard to do } this is the best method we found to Cook your Shad. It was a local Fish Camp that showed us how to cook Shad years ago. The Shad that we will be Cooking were caught in the St. Johns River in Florida.
