People wanted to hear more sonic game music in the films and Junkie XL finally decided to give everyone a taste of what they wanted using Live and Learn as Shadow's theme. There are a ton of different renditions of this piece of music whether it be more somber or more dramatic and it honestly fits the character in the film really well. I don't necessarily like Holkenborg but I don't really understand the hate he gets.
