This is a great sauce for scrambled eggs and more. In winter you won’t find such tasty and cheap tomatoes. Therefore, Turkish housewives always preserve menemen for the winter (including me). Because it is very convenient, practical and cheap! I make this recipe every year.

Tomatoes - 5 kg.
Pepper - 0.5 kg.
Rock salt - 1 tbsp. l. without slide (add to your liking)
Vegetable oil (I use olive) - 100-120 ml.
