📖 Story Synopsis:
After my brother died, I married my sister-in-law. Everyone thought I was spending my brother's money, monopolizing his wife, and bullying his son, doing whatever I wanted every day. However, in reality, I was working tirelessly for my nephew and serving as free labor for my sister-in-law.
Before going to bed, I poured Makoto a glass of milk. He smashed it immediately. Anger surged from my heart, but all I saw was a line of subtitles—barrage comments. They've been around for years, and I've grown accustomed to them.
The comments read: "Today is Father's Day anniversary." "Makoto must miss his dad so much, which is why he especially dislikes his uncle." "The female lead is crying outside; she's very sad. She doesn't want to betray her original husband but can't help but admit she likes her brother-in-law. She can only desperately suppress her feelings."
However, watching these barrage comments, my heart remained unmoved. It's been five years. I've been working like a beast for five whole years. No matter what I've done for her and her mother, I still remain an outsider in this family. No matter how nice the comments are, I'm not interested in raising someone else's son anymore.
