Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 when she saw a need for strategic consulting in Huntsville and decided to create LSINC. What started as a strategy-focused company evolved into a powerhouse of product development and engineering solutions. Alicia’s team now provides expertise in conceptualization, prototyping, and manufacturing across industries such as aerospace, military hardware, and consumer goods. She actively supports her employees and the greater Huntsville community, championing initiatives like the Alabama School of Cyber Technology and Engineering (ASCTE), where she serves as President of the ASCTE Foundation and on the State Board.
