This is a segmented speedrun. Each level is recorded separately and then stitched together to demonstrate the fastest possible run using all currently known strategies—even the really risky ones. Levels 10 and 15 are even sub-segmented in a few places. It would be nearly impossible to get this time in an actual speedrun.
I put this together to demonstrate all the new tricks I've stumbled across in the last few months. They save roughly four minutes in total, plus ~10 more seconds from implementing Murtag's absolutely terrifying Sheepless Gossamer strategy. It should be possible to save a few more seconds with perfect movement and better execution in a few places, but this is very close to the best possible time.
The most notable changes can be seen around 4:37, 9:15, 24:29, 26:53, 29:07, 32:17, and 38:07. Check the subtitles for a more in-depth explanation of each new trick.
