I have managed to be consistent by having a routine, one of which is exercise. I always move my body in the morning, and this day I chose to do my long walk. I always stop by the sheep farm along my way and I share that here. Later on I share how I quickly organise sections of my kitchen using containers I showed in a previous vlog.
