What a great trip to this cypress filled Lake. I caught a bunch of Shellcracker or what we call Chinquapin along with a good mess of bluegill (bream). I tipped my KFRED jigs with a little piece of worm and cast it close to the gum and cypress trees. I showed how I clean and prepare the fish to cook. I finish the video off cooking at my Dads house. The fish came out so good and I was so happy to capture my Dad on film , he loves the fried whole bream like I do.
