This video is geared towards beginners, but is full of useful tips for success, whether your goal is to have 10 logs, or 1,000. The name of the game is keep those logs hydrated at all times. 35% moisture content is recommended. Shiitake mycelium can't survive below 23%, so don't forget to water!
