"Important - At the 15:44 mark in the video, after I install the bleed block, make SURE to press the lever and push the pistons tight against the bleed block before opening the system. I did it when making the video from habit but totally forgot to mention it. Thank you "The One" for bringing it to my attention."
Here is a video on bleeding Shimano XT brakes with a Free Stroke option. There is a bit of confusion on how Free Stroke works and how brakes with this option should be bled. I go over all this in this video in some pretty good details. Hopefully it helps people get a better understanding on how to use the free stroke screw. I also do a Bleed on a XT Model 8000 brake. This process works for XT m8100 and older Shimano brakes as well
