本工事は、設楽ダム本体を施工するため、現在の河川環境を維持したまま、安全に工事を行い河川の水を迂回させることを目的としたトンネルとその付帯施設を構築したものです。
※映像内では豊川「とよがわ」と紹介されていますが、豊川用水を「とよかわようすい」とアナウンスしています。豊川市は「とよかわし」ですが、川に関するものは「が」が正しいようです。申し訳ございません。
