Hey Y'all! Welcome to the newest series on my channel: Sho & Tell! I wanted to create a specific area on my channel where I do sit down videos highlighting certain experiences regarding mental health and other topics. This first episode is all about my experience being a HSP as a black woman. I hope this video reaches the right people, and they feel seen. I want you to know that there's nothing wrong with you! You are so special and truly unique. Love on yourself a little me and know that this is a gift!
*One correction I'd like to make is, a lot of things I reference when it comes to the way I am being a result of my childhood/adolescence. I've also gone through things as an adult that has contributed to my behaviors and tendencies too.
*another physical reaction i experience is get startled easily
