This is the easy short cut "Americanized" version of Chicken Tetrazzini using can of cream soups. And there is nothing wrong with that, THIS WAS DELICIOUS! Even my picky eater girlfriend ate it.
Short cut Chicken Tetrazzini Casserole
1 lb spaghetti, cooked, drained 4 c cooked chicken (1 rotisserie chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ c sour cream 1 c cottage cheese
8 oz cream cheese softened 1 c chicken broth
½ t salt ½ t pepper
¼ t garlic powder ¼ c parmesan grated
2 c shredded mozzarella 2 t dried parsley
Preheat oven to 300°F. Lightly grease 9x13 baking dish. Combine all but cheese and parsley in very large bowl. Spread in baking dish. Cover with cheese, sprinkle with parsley. Bake covered for 45 minutes, uncover and bake additional 10-15 minutes.
