Dear viewers in this video our Pure Village Cooking team and our master chef our grand father cooking a traditional Odia recipe of Lord Jagannath temple from Puri, the recipe called in Odia language MAHURA (ମହୁର) . in English- mustard seeds paste, coriander seeds paste, cumin seeds paste with mix vegetable curry .
*. We cook the mahura recipe in our own style and we don't give the real test of shree jagannath temple mahura recipe. the taste of original mahura is available only one place in the world and the place is Shree jagannath dham Puri. We feel proud to cook this mahura recipe and we pray the blessings of lord Jagannath.
*. We collected the green vegetables and some spices from our local farms of our village. then we prepare mahura recipe at our village temple , the temple name called BABA SWAPNESWAR TEMPLE ( temple of lord Shiva)
*. Except potato, tomato and brinjal we used all types of green vegetables like pointed gourd, green Banana etc to make this Mahura recipe.
*. It's a traditional recipe Odisha also and every Odia love to eat this Mahura recipe.
*. We used hand ground paste like coriander seeds paste, mustard seeds paste, cumin seeds paste, ginger paste and turmeric paste to cook mahura recipe. to enhance the test we added hand ground cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, clove and black pepper powder etc.
*. After preparation of Mahura recipe we distribute the foods to orphan children and some villagers of our local villages.
