食谱 recipe:
虾饺皮 dumpling wrappers
澄粉 wheat starch 80g
土豆淀粉 potato starch 30g + 50g
盐 salt 1g
玉米油或猪油 corn oil or lard 5g
滚烫开水 boiling water about 200ml
馅料 filling
虾肉 peeled shrimp 300g
猪肥肉 fatty pork 10g
莲藕或竹笋 lotus root or bamboo shot 50g
青豆 peas 1 Tbsp
调味料 seasoning
料酒,盐,鸡精,胡椒粉,香油,水淀粉
