🦐 Shrimp & Veggie Spring Rolls🧑🏼‍🍳

Fresh. Light. Full of flavor.
These rolls are:
✅ High in protein
✅ Low in carbs
✅ Gluten-free
✅ No frying — just clean ingredients
✅ Easy to make & perfect for meal prep



🛒 What You’ll Need:

For the Shrimp:
• 500g peeled shrimp
• 1 tsp Melange seasoned salt
• ½ tsp red chili powder
• A pinch of oregano
• 30g sunflower oil
• 15g butter
• 1 garlic clove (cut in 3 pieces)

For the Veggies:
• 1 carrot (thin strips, halved)
• 1 cucumber (thin strips, halved)
• 30g bell pepper (diced)
• 1 avocado (diced)
• A handful of red cabbage (shredded)
• Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro), chopped
• Green onion (cut into 6–8 cm sticks)

For Rolling:
• Rice paper (1 per roll)
• Nori sheets (cut to fit)
• Melange white sauce (for inside + dipping)
• Soy sauce (for dipping)



👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

1. Cook the Shrimp
Season shrimp with Melange salt, chili, and oregano.
Heat oil + butter in a pan, add garlic, then shrimp.
Cook until done. Drain and set aside.

2. Prep the Veggies
Slice everything ahead and lay them out in bowls — it makes rolling fast and fun.

3. Roll It Up
• Soak a rice paper in cold water (8–10 sec).
• Lay flat, add a strip of nori.
• Layer on: carrot, cucumber, red cabbage, avocado, green onion, herbs, a spoon of Melange sauce, 2 shrimp.
• Fold sides in, then roll tight like a burrito.

4. Serve
Place on a plate and serve with Melange white sauce and soy sauce on the side.
