এ সিরিজ়ের প্রথম পর্বে রইলো এমন একটি পদ যা ছাড়া বিয়েবাড়ির প্রথম পাত থাকতো অসম্পূর্ণ। এমন মায়ায় ঘেরা পদের জন্যই তো চাই মায়ায় ঘেরা কথা আর মায়ায় ঘেরা হাত। কথায় রইলেন শ্রী সন্জীব চট্টাপাধ্যায় আর রান্নায় আমার মা। প্রবীণ এ দুই মানুষের থেকে আর কেই বা আমাদের তেমন করে ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারবে ফেলে আসা দিনে?

We start this series with a dish without which the first course of a wedding feast would remain incomplete. For a dish wrapped in such care and love, we need indeed the most caring words and the most loving hands. The words come from Sri Sanjib Chattopadhyay and the dish would be taught by my mother. Indeed, who else apart from elderly people like them would be able to take us back to the days gone by?
