A killer-rapist was on the prowl and all of the victims seemed to have had some sort of connection with the maverick NBI agent Andy played by Cesar Montano. As every suspicion pointed to him, he was taken on the case. To clear his name, he went on his own but his weakness for willing and beautiful women soon became his undoing.
