Hello all! I am starting a new series of silent/asmr vlogs. In this video I am preparing lunch for my kids and I made every thing at home from scratch from pizza dough to pizza sauce.. Everything is prepared from scratch at home with fresh ingredients…I hope you all love it. Let me know in the comments below..
Pizza Recipe : pizza dough and pizza sauce Pizza Dough Recipe
Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp yeast
• ½ cup + 4 tbsp lukewarm water
• ½ tsp sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• 4 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
2. Gradually add the lukewarm water and oil, mixing until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
4. For a quick rise, use this trick: Preheat your oven to 170°F, turn it off, and place the dough inside with the door slightly open. Alternatively, allow the dough to rise at room temperature.
5. Once the dough has risen, knead it again and let it rest for another 15 minutes.
6. Grease your pizza pan and spread the dough using your hands (avoid using a rolling pin). Let it rest for an additional 5 minutes.
Pizza Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 onion, diced
• 1 tomato, diced
• Brown sugar (to taste)
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• Chili flakes (optional)
• Hot sauce (to taste)
• Ketchup (to taste)
• 1 garlic clove, chopped
• 1 tsp oil
• ½ tsp oregano
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the diced onion and tomato, cooking until softened.
3. Stir in ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce, brown sugar, oregano, and chili flakes (if using).
4. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly. Set aside.
Chicken Topping
Ingredients:
• Chicken fillets, marinated in BBQ spice mix
• 1 tsp oil
Instructions:
1. Marinate the chicken with your preferred BBQ spice mix.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until fully cooked. Set aside.
3. For added flavor, give the chicken a charcoal smoke: Heat a piece of charcoal, place it in the pan with the chicken, drop a few drops of oil on the charcoal, cover, and let it smoke for 2 minutes. Set aside.
Assembling the Pizza
1. Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).
2. Spread the prepared sauce over the pizza dough.
3. Add the cooked chicken and any vegetables of your choice (such as bell peppers, onions, and olives).
4. Top with mozzarella or any cheese you prefer.
5. Bake the pizza for 15-18 minutes. For a crispy top, broil it for an additional 5-6 minutes.
6. Slice into 8 pieces and serve hot.
