Recipes: Spoon cookies: 200 g butter 1,5 dl sugar 4 dl wheat flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 teaspoons vanilla sugar Raspberry marmalade for filling measure the butter into the pot and let it boil on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the foam starts to subside, pour the butter into a bowl, add sugar, and let the mixture cool. Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough. mix until smooth. Press the dough into the nest of a teaspoon and pull the dough from the spoon directly onto the baking paper on the baking tray with the convex side up. Bake the cookies at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes until they are light brown. Spread the jam on the smooth surface and press the two cookies together. Tosca cake: Dough: 2 eggs 1 1/2 dl extra fine sugar 50 g of melted butter 2 dl wheat flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1 dl of milk Tosca: 150 g of butter + a pinch of salt 1 1/2 dl table sugar 150 g of almond chips 2 tablespoons of cream 2 tablespoons of wheat flour 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar Whisk the eggs and sugar into a thick, pale foam. Add melted butter with a pinch of salt to the foam. Mix the baking powder with the wheat flour and add the mixture to the egg-sugar mixture, turning lightly. Finally, add the milk while quickly mixing. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees in a greased cake pan until the surface has acquired a little color, but the cake is not yet completely solid. This takes about 15 minutes, depending on the oven. Then increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees. While the cake is baking, make Tosca by boiling all the ingredients in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. Spread Tosca on the almost cooked cake base so that it partially sinks into the dough. Bake for another 20 minutes until the surface of the cake is a beautiful golden brown in places. Recipe from: https://kotiliesi.fi/suklaapossu/siken-paras-toscakakku/
