玉子豆腐 2條(260g)
半肥瘦豬肉 180克
蔥花少許
莞茜少許
醃料:
生粉 1茶匙
鹽 1/4茶匙
油1/2茶匙
芡汁:
蠔油1湯匙
豉油1茶匙
麻油1/2茶匙
生粉1茶匙
糖1茶匙
水適量
Ingredients:
2 pcs of Egg Tofu (260g)
Minced pork 180g
Some scallion
Some coriander
Marinade:
1 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oil
Sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp sugar
Appropriate amount of water
Bahan:
2 buah Tahu Telur (260g)
Daging babi cincang 180g
Daun bawang
Beberapa ketumbar
Mengasinkan:
1 sdt tepung maizena
1/4 sdt garam
1/2 sdt minyak
Saus:
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdt kecap asin
1/2 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt tepung maizena
1 sdt gula
Jumlah air yang sesuai
